THE WAY OF PERFECTION

Psalm 18:32-38

Psalm 18:32–38 (ESV): 32 the God who equipped me with strength
and made my way blameless.
33 He made my feet like the feet of a deer
and set me secure on the heights.
34 He trains my hands for war,
so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.

Hi, Dear Child of The Mighty God in The Highest Heaven. Welcome to The Stable Sanctuary. The Holy Bible Scripture above stated is a psalm of David also recorded in 2nd Samuel chapter 22. Verse 32 from the above scripture indicates that God girds His people with strength. When that happens, one begins to attain the way of perfection in one’s life. Such perfection is only found in Christ Jesus. Our sin is given to Jesus Christ to bear and His perfection is given to us to become vessels of honour. What a contrast? In this way, we receive Our Great Salvation and Christ becomes Our Saviour. Hence, we attain the status of being called Sons of God.

 SECURE POSSESSIONS

Christ Jesus sets us upon high places; check verse 33. This means that The Saviour becomes our source of spiritual and material blessings; which become our possessions. Where Jesus Christ provides, the provision is permanently secure and runs continually for generations to follow. Sample the examples in the Holy Bible: Abraham, Isaac and Israel: These are God’s people whom God blessed and the blessing stands upto today. Forever. Here, we learn that God’s blessings are secure possessions and the enemy cannot take them away. I urge you politely to check Genesis 17:1-8; The Everlasting covenant in which you and I are included by faith.

CONFOUNDING THE ENEMY

Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, has won our battle against the enemy. This was done at the cross of Calvary. Verses 34-37 shows exactly what Christ has done for you  and I. Meaning that we access blessings through the finished work of the cross. We are joined to God, the Father by the power of His precious blood. The judgement we deserved has been taken by Christ who wrestled the power of darkness on our behalf. The victory Christ won has brought good fortune into our life systems: socially, economically and spiritually. Infact, through Christ, God becomes our exceeding great reward. Indeed, Christ has brought all believers to the Kingdom of God; thereby totally confounding the enemy and all his schemes. You and I need to posses the victory of Jesus Christ by faith.

  THE VICTORY OF FAITH

Verse 38 states;  “I have wounded them that they were not able to rise: they are fallen under my feet” As a believer in Christ Jesus, you become part and parcel of the body of Christ. All enemies are subjected to the power of Jesus Christ. We become more than conquerors because of the victory won by Jesus Christ. John writes and States. ” And this is the promise that He has promised us, even Eternal Life.” 1st John 2:25 . Meaning that as we enjoy generational blessings, there is laid for us a greater blessing; which is promised to us all through salvation in Christ Jesus: Eternal life ; together with so much more that ear has not heard nor eye has seen.

 CONCLUSION

Jesus Christ is The way of perfection; where sin is forgiven and salvation accessed. In Christ, we have secure possessions given to us because of our faith and trust in God. Abraham, Isaac and Israel are specifically the best examples to learn from. On the cross at Calvary, Jesus Christ won the battle against our enemy. Now , we have good fortune given to us by God’s blessing. Through Christ , all believers belong to the Kingdom of God. The enemy is totally confounded. The victory of faith is sure to access eternal life for us all in Christ Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. 1st Corinthians 2:9, Isaiah 64:4. Stay blessed in Christ Jesus.
