THE WAY

NUMBERS 6:22-27

Numbers 6:22–27 (NIV): 22 The LORD said to Moses, 23 “Tell Aaron and his sons, ‘This is how you are to bless the Israelites. Say to them:

24 “ ‘ “The LORD bless you
and keep you;
25 the LORD make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
26 the LORD turn his face toward you
and give you peace.” ’

27 “So they will put my name on the Israelites, and I will bless them.”

Hi, Dear Child of The Mighty God of The Universe. Welcome to The Stable Sanctuary. From the Holy Bible, John 14:6 states;  “Jesus  said unto him, I am The way, The truth and The Life;  no man comes unto the Father but by me” Hey, this is very interesting. We need to learn more of Jesus Christ;  to access more knowledge and comprehend more about Him.

In the book of Numbers chapter six as outlined above, we find instructions given by God to His servant Moses. The Lord our God cannot bless sinful man irrespective of status. Instead, God blesses Christ within us. Such is what constitutes a generational blessing. Forever. Hence Christ Jesus is the Way. Check verses 24 and 25. Yes, The cross and the accomplished work depicts it all. The way of blessing is in Christ Jesus.

THE TRUTH

A glance at verse 26; “The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace” Here is the apex of every spiritual and material blessing; when the Lord lifts up His face unto  a person thereby granting peace to an individual. The peace of God isn’t fragile. It is actually permanent; John 14:25 -27. Jesus Christ is always present.

His presence represents the Truth of The word of God in one’s life. Therefore one with Christ is one in whom Christ dwells. Where one has Christ in oneself, then Matthew 19:26 ; which States;   “….with God, all things are possible” becomes such a reality. Such is the truth of comprehending a God of blessing ; which explains the vastness of the blessing.

 THE LIFE

Verse 27;  “And they shall put my Name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them” In this text, God is allowing us to know that He desires us to be partakers of His Life. His name upon us is His Life in us. When we share the Lord’s table: partaking of His body and His blood symbolically, we are quickened in the spirit to obtain His Divine nature and we become like Him.

We become one with Him. The fullness of the life of Christ Jesus flows into our life making us sons of God Almighty. The Word of God now dwells in us. Remember Heaven and Earth shall pass away but the word of God stands forever settled upto Eternity. So if God’s Word is in one, it quickens one to  be everlasting .

 THE BLESSING

Jesus Christ is the Eternal blessing given to humanity. That is why we worship Him with the substance of our blessing given to us by  God Almighty; Christ being the center of our faith. check revelation 19:11-16. Christ has revealed God in grace and power. This is the very power by which we receive the blessing of Eternal life when we confess Him as our Lord and Saviour. Faithful and True is He who has called us. The Lord is Faithful to His promise and True to His word.

CONCLUSION

  Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and The Life. God blesses Jesus Christ within us. Such a blessing is permanent; a generational blessing that operates forever. May God lift up His countenance upon you and grant you perfect peace. It is His desire to bless you. Yes , with God all things are possible because God’s Word is true. As believers in Christ, we are endowed with His very Life. He lives in us. The greatest blessing of God to the human race is salvation accessed by faith in Jesus Christ; The son of The Living God.
